Sue and Richard searched up and down Utah County for the perfect lot. They finally found it, the last lot in an established neighborhood on a beautiful park in Alpine. They couldn't be more happy with the incredible mountain views, the central location and the warm and friendly neighborhood.

 

Sue has such a great eye for design and detail. She did an amazing job selecting the style, layout and features of her dream home. Her modern farmhouse features beautiful white Hardi siding, metal roof detail, black withdows, rough sawn porch columns and a finely crafted garage door trellis.

 

The warm wide plank wood floors greet you as you enter the home and cover most of the main floor. Board and batten details are featured in the master bedroom and study and shiplap accents the great room walls and fireplace as well as the home office. The gourmet kitchen is stunning in white with natural wood accents to tie in with the floor. The farm style sink puts the finishing touch on the immaculate kitchen.

 

The main floor also includes a guest master suite and home office with a beautiful barn door. The basement has a huge family room, three bedrooms a generous storage area with a second washer dryer hookup, a full bath and a quiet yoga room.

 

Sue thought of everything, from black hinges and hardware to the incredible light fixtures. She chose subway tile for the backsplash and shower surrounds, framed mirrors, a classic freestanding master tub and a stackable washer/dryer hookup in the master closet. This was such a fun home to build. Sue and Richard are a pleasure to work with!
